Our client, a world-class real estate firm based in NYC, is seeking a Director, Human Resources. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.

Job Details
Advance business goals by providing thought leadership and strategic guidance
Lead recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Oversee payroll and benefits for employees in 20+ states
Negotiate with insurance brokers and manage Open Enrollment process
Lead performance and compensation analysis and reviews
Oversee employee relations matters and liaise with Union partners
Ensure departmental compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
Salary Range: $185-200k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
SHRM or HCRI certification preferred
5+ years’ experience in Human Resources leadership roles
Preferred background in real estate, construction, asset management, or family office
Must have strong Benefits experience
Confident working with all levels of employees, leadership, and Union partners
Deep knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, local, state, and federal labor laws
