With a robust portfolio of companies in metals, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics, they've achieved nearly $1.5 billion in annual revenue and operate across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Position Overview: As the Director of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the facility, including operations, engineering, quality, scheduling, and purchasing. Reporting to the Group President, you'll lead teams to ensure operational excellence, optimize production processes, and drive overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize overall operational financial performance to ensure smooth production processes.

Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations.

Implement strategies to enhance productivity, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Drive initiatives for safety, team member relations, customer satisfaction, quality, and cost reduction.

Identify opportunities for expansion, growth, and process improvements.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields (Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).

Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.

Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Financial acumen with budget management experience.

Experience with business-to-business sales growth or business development strategies (a plus).

Prior steel/tube fabrication experience (a plus).

Incentives:

Salary: $130K - $150K/yr.

Annual bonus applied.
