Our client, an innovative firm serving the medical industry, is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition. The position is hybrid and based 4-5 days per week at their beautiful office in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Job Details

Manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
Design and implement recruiting strategies for medical professional talent
Analyze metrics such as Time to Fill and Acceptance Rate
Provide general oversight of Applicant Tracking System
Manage team budget and oversee spending
Develop relationships with external organizations from which to source talent
Salary: $120-150k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
5-10 years’ experience managing a full-cycle Talent Acquisition program
Prior experience recruiting medical professionals, a major plus!
Excellent people management and project management skills
Deep working knowledge of strategic KPI management
Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills
