Description:

As a Distinguished Researcher, you will develop novel concepts for Wi-Fi 8, ultra-high reliability task group 802.11bn and you will promote them in standardization meetings. You will join a highly skilled and motivated team.



As part of our team, you will:

use your drive for innovation, deep understanding of 802.11 MAC and advanced wireless concepts to create novel and differentiating concepts
promote your concepts in standardization meetings.
lead the MAC development work package in Nokia’s Wi-Fi research.
other duties as required

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:

PhD in EE, CS, Physics, or similar, preferred, with at least 5 years of experience in Wi-Fi research and standardization . MS degree and at least 10 years of experience in Wi-Fi research and standardization may be considered.
You are a recognized industry expert with deep Wi-Fi MAC knowledge up to 802.11be.
Several accepted standard contributions, hold standard essential patents and have written part of the 802.11 specifications.
