This role involves collaborating with leadership to craft and implement communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives. The Employee Communications Business Partner (ECBP) will drive initiatives to keep Fitch Ratings employees informed about the organization's vision, goals, and updates, as well as share Fitch Ratings' key achievements with all of Fitch Group. This role is part of the Employee Communications team within Fitch Group's Human Resources department.

What We Offer:

Opportunity to develop and implement communication strategies, including planning, messaging, stakeholder management, content and outcomes
Ability to partner with senior leaders to craft clear, compelling narratives that speak to the impact we deliver, the value we create for our customers and the strategies and objectives that get us there

Leverage your experience building and implementing employee communications to guide, advise and co-create comms programs and campaigns that advance business objectives and inspire, educate, and align Fitch employees around our mission, strategy, values and impact
Co-create campaigns with department and program leads to steward their teams through change and growth, balancing communicating the goals and outcomes of the business with experiences that help build a sense of purpose, enable and drive performance, and instill pride and belonging
Activate senior leaders as communicators and culture carriers who help employees gain a fuller understanding of the breadth and depth of Fitch’s business and who participate in meaningful engagement with employees across the company. This includes developing and executing a cadence of strategic leadership messages on business strategy and initiatives to inform, engage and activate employees through manager communications, employee town halls, and open Q&A sessions.
Create and market content, actively managing, monitoring and optimizing internal communications channels based on metrics and feedback, leading to an optimal multi-channel approach.
Own the outcomes by setting specific goals, measuring and monitoring progress, and making data-driven recommendations and decisions

What You Need to Have:

Passion about providing unparalleled levels of service
Ability to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic global environment
Commitment to exceeding expectations with the quality of what you do
Willingness to learn and grow in the role, taking on additional responsibilities as required
