Job Description
Broad outline of the Role
Responsible for driving day to day capacity planning operations. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.

Minimum qualification & experience
Technical/ Engineering degree with 0-4 Years experience
Other knowledge/skills
Experience in NOC/Provisioning/Network order management/ Testing
Basic knowledge on Provisioning in Telecom network
Key Responsibilities
Conducting Customer Circuit Configuration, Testing and Migrations
Scheduling, booking planned outages and conducting network and customer change activities, network upgrades and re-routes.
Provide inputs on escalated planning-related network issues.
Prepare the capacity guidance report to serve as input for capacity planning.
Coordination with Planning and Field Support teams for the capacity delivery
