Description:

People Management:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for delivering and supporting the service.
Mentorship and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide regular feedback to team members.
Collaboration with 3rd Party Vendors:
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring contractual obligations and service levels are met.
Vendor Selection: Collaborate with procurement to select vendors that align with service requirements and goals.
GreenLake service management in close collaboration with architects and operational teams.
Cooperation with RUN and Operation Organizations:
Operational Coordination: Work closely with the operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve operational issues.
Service Monitoring: Oversee service monitoring and incident management processes to ensure service availability and reliability.
Cooperation with Licensing Teams:
Licensing Compliance: Collaborate with licensing teams to ensure compliance with software and hardware licensing agreements.
Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize licensing costs while maintaining compliance.
Cooperation with Architects and Project Managers:
Architectural Designs: Work with architects to implement architectural designs that align with the service's strategic goals.
Project Execution: Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project implementation and delivery within established timelines.
Service Governance:
Service Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of service-related processes, procedures, and configurations.
Service Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for service improvement and optimization.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, to ensure seamless system operation.
Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Working experience


Implementation of compute and storage processes, with proven experience in complex process management
Compute, Storage and risk Management
Compute and Storage governance
Articulate compute and storage leadership task to a variety of stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Attended meetings with compute and storage teams, to identify opportunities to enhance measures.
Third Party Management
Support of IT audits
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, compute and storage architecture concepts and principles
Presentation skills with PowerPoint
10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level compute and storage management.
10+ years of hands-on experience in managing multi country and intercultural teams.
Relevant certifications in team management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate compute and storage-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels.
