Description:

Areas of Main Responsibility of the Sales Leader:-

Sales Leadership – as Sales Leader, lead the team to win enterprise opportunities
Overall Strategy owner– own and responsible for the execution of Nokia Enterprise Vietnam strategy
Forecasting – maintaining accuracy and currency of business forecast
Upkeep of Customer record – keeping customer/opportunities records up to date
Accountability – accountable to Nokia’s internal stakeholders to secure identified deals
Market insight – as the main source of knowledge to Nokia into the evolving market conditions and its dynamics
Customer relationship – comes with existing relationship and possess the ability to quickly establish new personal networks to facilitate business dealings.
Fulfilment – focus on customer delivery performance satisfaction


REQUIRED SKILLS
Comes with minimum 8 years of work experience in selling to Government, Transportation, Energy, and Manufacturing clients; minimum 3 years of selling to Webscale and Subsea Customers, in Vietnam.
Have track Record of winning complex ICT and Networking deals in Vietnam.
Must have personal network that covers one or more of the above-mentioned sectors.
Must have experience working in a multinational and multi-cultural organization.
Must be fluent in English.
Working Experience in Global Matrix Companies is strongly preferred.
Familiar with SalesForce Program for sales forecasting.
Experience with deals that involved on-shore and offshore private or government-to-government financing is preferred.
Self-Motivated, passionate individual who thrives in customer facing sales/business development environment
Must be able to work in a fast paced, results oriented organization where leadership, risk-taking, teamwork and commitment to execution are essential.
