Your primary focus will be assisting our operating companies (Opco's) on improving operational productivity, utilization, and performance of the GetPaid credit system, Eclipse ERP Credit, and AR Systems. GetPaid is the Credit Management System for collection and dispute workflow across our Opco's.



What you will do

Develop & Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) across our Opco’s as they relate to GetPaid, which includes creation of online training modules, integrating new Opcos/Users to the system, and continuous improvement.
Training Opco’s & Sonepar on the credit functions of the Eclipse ERP system and developing and implementing best practices across the US. This includes training GetPaid & the credit areas of Eclipse when we convert an Opco to Eclipse.
Provide Operational Support to Credit/Finance Teams across the Opco's on day-to-day workflow activities. Includes user setup, standardization workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support in finding better business solutions to current Opco needs.
Review reporting and dashboards with Opcos to increase their utilization, productivity, and performance related to Credit and AR functions.
Special projects – this can include - Assisting Eclipse Process Improvement team on projects – Assisting Credit Community on projects


Qualifications

2+ years working on GetPaid Credit System
2+ years working on Eclipse Credit System
2+ years developing, documenting & implementing improvements within an organization.
Prior experience in electrical distribution is a plus
Must be able to travel up to 10%
Bachelor's Degree 4-year college degree (or equivalent work experience)


Compensation: $65K to $85K plus 10% bonus potential.
