The ERP PMO process specialist for Change Control is responsible to establish and maintain continuous governance over Change Requests owned and processed across all domains, person responsible for this position ensures that all changes use consistent methods to assess, approve and deploy changes with Agile methodology, the change control specialist is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of change records (APT, RITM's) in DevOps tool and via various communication methods across all workstream.

Your responsibilities
Coordinate with delivery partners, services performance team, business users for request of enhancements and change management.
Act as point of contact for escalations whenever there is a need for and/or manage conflict. Drive the level 2 and level 3 support activities for his portfolio of applications.
Control performance through KPIs, with Operation Service Agreement and Ser-vice Level Agreement, ensuring they are met by the partners.
Oversee day-to-day BUILD services solutions for good health/stability with de-livery partners. Daily weekly and monthly operation reviews with delivery partner selected for Application Management Service and functional domain leaders.
Identify and propose continuous improvement initiative to improve services efficiency (as for example the drive of overall ticket volume decrease).
Providing governance over timely delivery of Change Requests performed by IS Suppliers including documentation, tasks completion in accordance with the defined Change Management Process
Drives operations-related governance meetings (CAB/Change advisory board), including the preparation of the meeting agenda.
Manages emergency and expedited change requests to ensure business continuity within critical services.
Leads failed the Change Exemption process for the IS Suppliers
Automations, Contract & Financial Management.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of relevant SAP experience in Service Management area (Change, Release, Incident) in large enterprises within a global environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills as work involves interacting with many stakeholders within and outside the organizations in partner ecosystem as Supplier management experience desirable.
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills needed.
Outstanding verbal and communication skills.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant Functional/Operations experience in handling external delivery partners and managing the maintenance support activities.
SAP Knowledge.
Scrum, Agile methodologies hands on experience is preferable with ITIL skills.
