Job Description:
This role is responsible for delivering commercial service for all segments across multiple geographies. As such, this person will be point of contact for Buying Community providing process coordination and support within the scope of eSourcing activities execution (eRFX, eAuctions), implementing new eSourcing solutions, actively promoting and reaching out to Commercial organization to promote eSourcing Solutions.
Job holder will seek and recommend the process, solution and system improvements to align the strategic objective: including identifying opportunities to improve training, content and compliance definition and reporting.
Additionally, eSourcing expert will be supporting Line Manger in driving continuous improvement, team priority settings and project management.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Management, Supply Chain, or IT.
Advanced skills of excel

What will be your key responsibilities?
Act as a point of contact in (MGS???) for queries related to eSourcing process
Support development, continuous improvement, and process standardization in eSourcing area
Identify inefficiencies in existing systems, processes, and documentation (within the team, across Teams and across segments
Serve as Subject matter Expert and provide insights in the area of responsibility.
Track eSourcing data with due diligence
Provide compliance to commercial governance process in the areas of responsibility.
Provide support to buyers and requisitioner
Deliver regular reporting to commercial organization through dashboard reports
Project coordination/product ownership
Support any ad hoc reporting needs an project assigned by LM
Focus on Stakeholder management (CoE Dir/ Sourcing champions/ eSourcing community / MCS LT)
Manage eSourcing events in specific platforms
Provide consultancy to buyers on eSourcing
