A renowned fashion company based in NYC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Communications Officer. The role is hybrid, based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan, and they offer an excellent benefits package!

Job Details

Provide general administrative support to the Chief Communications Officer
Manage incoming calls and emails with utmost professionalism
Heavy calendaring, conference room/call scheduling, and meeting management
Arrange and manage travel, events, flights, and other logistics
Proofread, edit, and create documents, reports, and presentations
Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
Salary: $100-110k per year, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years’ experience supporting a C-level executive
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly in Outlook Calendar, PowerPoint, and Excel
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Diplomatic and responsive communicator with high-level interpersonal skills
