Job Description:
Review purchase requests (PRs) and requests for capital expenditures (RCEs) submitted by construction project managers for process compliance
Enter all PRs and RCEs into internal systems used by ISI and route to the correct individuals in accordance with established governance processes
Track and report on PR and RCE approval status to the project team and PMO manager
Take necessary steps to advance PRs and RCEs through the process when delays are anticipated or encountered
Monitor and report KPIs related to PR and RCE processing time
Assist with vendor on-boarding and tracking of related PO activities
Contribute to the creation of process documents and work instructions as required
Contribute to ideas for cost reduction and performance improvements related to the area of assigned work
Host training and develop instructions for the construction project managers to improve process compliance and overall processing time
