The candidate selected for this position will function as the finance lead for the portfolio of Development and Production programs within the Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) Product Line in the Countermeasure and Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business area. With annual revenues approaching $300m, the ISS product line is a major contributor to CEMA, in addition to the Electronics System Sector. This product line has a diverse portfolio of state of the art development/production programs, products, and customers and is well-positioned for future growth. This role serves as a strategic and collaborative business partner to the ISS Product Line Director and ISS/CEMA Leadership teams. This position oversees a team of twenty, with staff in Merrimack, NH, Huntsville, AL, and Austin, TX.
