Job Description
BAE Systems, Electronic Systems (ES) is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead the Precision Strike and Sensing Solutions (PS) Business Area FP&A team. In this position, the employee will be responsible for managing a team of people who are responsible for:
Gathering, analyzing, preparing and summarizing recommendations for financial Operating plans, quarterly forecasts and five year business forecasting.
Leading the preparation of business area quarterly and IBP across all functions and product lines within PS
Monitoring business performance for the Business Area, Product Lines and functions that support PS. Includes analyzing financial performance and comparison of actual results against planned results and finding solutions for enhancements.
Manage New Business Funds and Capital allocations
Developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts.
May assist in running valuation models and financial analysis associated with mergers, acquisition and disposal processed.
