As the Chief of Staff for Global Communications, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication strategies are developed and implemented across our global team. As part of the Business Execution team, you will serve as a key advisor, strategist, and facilitator, driving initiatives that enhance internal and external communication channels to foster cohesion, alignment, and engagement across the organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Be a member of the Global FP&A Business Execution Team in effectively and efficiently managing key stakeholders, day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
Lead global communications for FP&A such as town halls, newsletters, and other employee communications
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and identify areas for improvement
Lead employee engagement activities in the location e.g., New York
Contribute content to Global FP&A intranet and SharePoint, as required
Participate in global employee engagement activities planning with other FP&A Chief of Staff team members located in Costa Rica and Mumbai
Prepare high quality presentation materials and reports for senior management and supporting FP&A teams
Manage headcount and expenses including position tagging and requisitions management for assigned FP&A EMT-2
Key Qualifications
Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, finance, or related field. 6+ years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization. Project / business management experience preferred.
Proven experience in developing presentations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to tailor the level of detail to the intended audience.
High degree of curiosity, drive, self-motivation, persistence, and working business knowledge
Ability to working under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environmen
Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to build effective, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organizatio
Strong risk and control mindset
Exceptional ability to work in a team environment
