The FP&A Coordinator will be responsible to provide financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization as well as financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or a related field.
5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, such as SAP. Power BI is a plus.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English
What will be your key responsibilities?
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
Support monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
