The Finance Reporting Lead Analyst is senior professional position responsible for driving the generation, analysis, and submission of reports to various constituencies based on requirements such as US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting, in coordination with the broader Financial Reporting Team. The overall objective is to apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to directional strategy.
Responsibilities:
Support the analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies (local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc.) based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting
Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period
Instill operational discipline into existing team processes
Work with senior leadership on strategic planning, establishing guidelines, implementing controls, and executing strategic plans
Mentor and advise on directional strategy by analyzing subject matter and its application within role and the business
Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures
Serve as a technical mentor for an area within the business
Build and maintain a thorough understanding of related product reporting and analytics and utilize knowledge of systems and process flows to provide insight and recommendations on identified issues
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in Financial Services preferred
Global Project Management experience preferred
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Proven organizational and time management skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities:
The FR Y-14 Actuals Reporting VP is a professional responsible for governing Quality Control (QC) activities across the FR Y-14 (Q/M/A) schedules as well as supporting Change Management of Data / Systems / Instructions which impact the FR Y-14 reports.
This individual will be responsible for performing the below functions across the FR Y-14 Schedules, focusing on the following: Change Management, Attestations, FRB Submissions, Controls and Governance.
Strong background in the FR Y-14 A/Q/M Schedules
Strong background in Change Management for FRB / Internal Instructional changes.
FR Y-14 FRB Filings/Submissions: FR Y-14M/Q Monthly/Quarterly Filings, Special Data Requests, SMT Responses (Supervisory Modeling Team), Restatements, Resubmissions, Respondent Edit check reports.
Enhance mechanism to log, track and monitor changes that impact regulatory reporting (e.g., technology changes / data remediation), including metrics and KRIs.
Enhance / Maintain the FR Y-14 Governance Procedure to be in line with the Policy framework.
Monitor completion and enhancement of FR Y-14 Process Flows through firm standard tools (Blueworks).
Review / Update / Create Standard Operating Procedures and assist with the implementation.
Support Attestation Process in HALO.
Support the Manager Control Assessment (MCA) for the team.
Assist with Audit/QA requests.

Qualifications:
6+ years of work experience in Financial/Regulatory Reporting/Risk Management (Credit, Market or Liquidity) function within a major global financial institution Regulatory reporting experience (e.g., FR Y-14, FR Y-9C)
Proven track record managing changes which impact regulatory reports (e.g., data, systems, FRB instructions) while working with various stakeholders.
Familiarity with Risk and Finance reporting data infrastructures and platforms (Citi systems knowledge preferred) across multiple products, functions, and/or businesses preferred.
In depth knowledge of banking products / systems preferred.
Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
Project Management or Senior BA experience within a major global financial institution preferred
