job summary:
Full stack developers are responsible for the design and development of websites and platforms, including both the front-end and back-end components. They work with design teams to ensure user interactions are engaging and intuitive, and that the back-end functionality runs smoothly across devices and browsers.

Software development: Develop and implement software applications, components, and unit tests. Collaborate with product managers and other developers to enhance existing software and add new features.
Quality assurance: Develop and maintain quality code, and test and debug software to keep it optimized.
User experience: Design user interactions on web applications, and ensure the design works well with the functionality of the final product.
Cross-platform compatibility: Ensure software is compatible across different platforms and devices.
Technical documentation: Write technical documentation and provide technical leadership for the team.
Keeping up with trends: Stay current with technological advances and new trends in the IT world.
