Description:

Programme Manager

Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Programme Manager based out of our London office.

As the primary contact, you'll handle all learner inquiries through email, telephone, and Zendesk. Your responsibilities will also encompass managing the full cycle of program delivery, which includes organizing training sessions, administering exams, regularly interacting with clients, and overseeing the delivery and feedback of the programs.

We’ll Count on You To:

Working closely with client Learning and Development teams to understand programme delivery requirements.
Learning portal and E-Learning management including but not limited to:


Creating and managing the distribution of Joining Instructions
Management of delegate records
Configuration and testing
Automation monitoring
Technical issue management and escalation


• Overseeing examination delivery in line with examination policies and client expectations.

• Monitoring the quality of content and escalating any issues as necessary.

• Handling modifications and cancellations to exams or programs.

• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all critical data, including confirmations and results, and sharing them with clients promptly.

• Building robust relationships with both clients and learners.

• Implementing processes and policies as defined by clients and the examining body.

• Managing invoicing and supervising independent delegate payment processes.

• Cooperating with key examining bodies, including the GICP Institute, to service delegate needs related to exam bookings and administration.

• Improving processes and aiding the team in achieving operational efficiency.

• Influencing the product and content roadmap by capturing and presenting learner feedback.

• Guiding clients and learners through frequent curriculum updates.

• Developing and managing program guides and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).



What You Need to Have:

• Previous experience in handling clients and stakeholders within Learning and Development business.

• Agile problem-solving skills; capable of swiftly responding to challenges and managing unexpected issues.

• Exceptional influencing skills; adept at fostering relationships with both internal teams and external clients and learners.

• Robust organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

• Experience in a high-energy, service-oriented environment.



What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and experience in process design.

• Prior experience with Virtual Meeting/Training platforms like Zoom and WebEx would be advantageous.

• Strong experience in utilizing Excel and PowerPoint.
