We are seeking a passionate and talented Generative AI Machine Learning Scientist to join our team onsite in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and machine learning. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing AI models for a variety of generative tasks, working in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement generative AI solutions to solve complex problems in various domains.
Employ deep learning and machine learning techniques for training and fine-tuning models.
Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) to enhance the capabilities of our AI models.
Develop infrastructure for deploying generative AI solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Collaborate closely with the data science team to optimize and improve the performance of existing models.
Communicate complex machine learning concepts to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. Master's degree would be an added advantage.
At least 3 years of experience working on machine learning projects.
Strong understanding of different machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
Strong experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
Proficient in Python and familiar with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experience with Hugging Face's Transformers library is a significant plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), for model training, deployment, and scalability.
Familiarity with modern software development practices, including version control (like Git), continuous integration, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain AI concepts to non-technical team members.
