Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Global Concur T&E Specialist based out of our London Office.
We are looking for a passionate, growth-oriented team player to join our Accounts Payable Global Team!
The Concur T&E Specialist will interact directly with employees across all levels to ensure compliance with the Travel & Entertainment (T&E) policy. This role will use Concur Expense, our web-based system, which will incorporate expense reimbursement, reporting and reconciliations. The position will report to the Accounts Payable Manager with a potential to learn more about other accounts payable functions.

We’ll Count on You To:
Auditing of all T&E expense reports, and enforcement of the T&E policy while factoring local government regulation adherence
Provide ongoing Concur training for new users/system updates and proactively ensure employees understand the T&E policy as well as system features
Create and provide training to assist new and existing employees with best practices
Provide end user support and case management
Work with Accounts Payable team to develop/test/distribute T&E reports; Reporting and Analytics - Excel, VLOOKUP, PivotTable(s)
Work closely with Concur & Travel Administrators Maintain Corporate Card& PCARD Programs
Provide supporting documents and explanation of monthly T&E postings into SAP, as needed
Release, review and reconcile banking file in SAP for accuracy prior to posting
Global tax reporting and adherence
Develop reporting tools to monitor business performance, driving simplification and standardization
Provide supporting documents as needed during internal and external audits
Ad-hoc projects and reporting
Act as liaison between Concur, Travel & Accounts Payable
What You Need to Have:
Concur management experience
Excellent communication skills and written skills
Technologically savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to query data, compile reports and provide analysis; undeterred by challenges lacking a standard solution
SAP & Accounts Payable knowledge
What Would Make You Stand Out:
Process improvement/simplification mindset
3-4 years of Accounting / T&E / AP / AR experience
Administration or Accounting degree is a plus ( AAT)
