The role reports to the Controller - Pulp & Paper NAM and is located in Westerville, Ohio. As a GETP-Global Early Talent Program-Finance, you will get hands-on responsibility from the start. The program is made up of three assignments in different roles.
Your responsibilities
Finance transformation, forecasting improvements including cash, Net Working Capital (NWC)
Opportunity for analytical work on orders vs project deliveries by product, size, complexity – where are risks and opportunities realized
In depth look at service contracts /customers for their impact
Working with other Divisions and impact on our projects – what can we do better
Your background
Bachelor´s degree in Administration, Economics or Accounting required and 2 plus years of related experience Or Master’s degree and 0 to 2 years of related experience required
Knowledge of data intelligence tools (Power BI desirable)
Controller knowledge. Understanding of variable analysis and business data
Openness to teamwork
Management of Office Package (advanced Excel)
