Description:

You will be working as Marketing Communications Specialist and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Control Platform Division. In this role you will be reporting to PA PCP Marcom Manager and will be responsible to drive product related internal and external communication across geographies and stakeholder groups to maximize visibility, drive thought leadership, improve market position and increase customer retention.

Your responsibilities
Developing messaging based on value propositions and product positioning. Developing, proposing, coordinating and implementing communication plans aligned with the product/business areas/division priorities
Developing and maintaining marketing materials and content in cooperation with Product Management and Product Marketing Management while ensuring adherence to global ABB brand guideline
Defining marketing communications tactics to support product launches. Acting as market launch project manager, coordinate the rollout in cooperation with the divisions
Defining and developing marketing campaigns with business lines to support business growth. End to end management of integrated campaigns, from briefing to performance analysis
Developing and maintaining the web and intranet product pages in coordination with division digital communications manager to improve user experience and generate leads
Maintaining a library of product related photos and video, media bank and PIR, graphics and product documentation in ABB Library
Defining efficiency, quality and business impact metrics for the communication activities and regularly review and evaluate results. Training salespersons about messages and how to use marketing tools
Your background
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing and Communication
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in industrial marketing and communications
Working knowledge in documentation and technical knowledge in SEO and google analytics
Good proficiency with MS office, Teams, Sharepoint and Adobe Creative Suite
Creative thinker, open-minded, autonomous and ready to explore new things
Strong project management skills and creative writing
Proven ability and experience to communicate effectively with partners, vendors, internal customers, colleagues
