In this role you will be responsible to support the global sustainability team in Motion Business Area. You will contribute to improving the sustainability performance of the business, with particular focus on the environmental side of sustainability, supporting projects regarding awareness raising and training (with focus on salespeople enablement), sustainability benchmarking, and carbon accounting.

Your responsibilities
Work closely with the Head of Sustainability and Global Sustainability Specialist / Workstream Lead to support the Business Area Sustainability function’s mandate to integrate sustainability strategy and practices into business activity.
Support the preparation of toolkits, as well as the preparation and delivery of trainings and awareness raising initiatives to build strong sustainability competence in key functions, with a specific focus on sales, channel partner management, and segment management.
Ensure that toolkit and training content is always up to date, support the Workstream Lead to streamline related messages (in alignment with Communications function).
Engage and collaborate proactively with different internal stakeholders both locally and globally throughout several different functions.
Support the local units and local Sustainability Champions to tailor and cascade toolkits and trainings.
Prepare templates, presentations and reports to support the Business Area Sustainability function in other workstreams according to internal and external needs and priorities.
Stay abreast of sustainability trends, run benchmark assessments on sustainability reports, and conduct competitive analysis to support decision-making at strategic Business Area level on environmental sustainability topics.
Support as needed on other initiatives and projects, such as sustainability communications, sustainability reporting, questionnaires. Focus areas may include carbon accounting, circular economy, supply chain sustainability, human rights and community engagement.
Your background
Master degree/Master/courses in economics, management, sustainability field.
Experience in the field of sustainability, ESG reporting aspects / (alternative) exposure to ESG reporting and sustainability is a plus.
Good Knowledge of Office Package.
Strong interest into building a career into corporate sustainability with global exposure or possibly additional work/personal experience in the field of Sustainability (including volunteering, internship in NGOs, UN organizations).
Analytical and structured approach to problem solving and interdisciplinary thinking skills. Strong team-player. Highly proactive and result-driven attitude.
Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
