Description:

Ensures that the Service Asset and Configuration Management process is performed as designed
Ensure day-to-day execution of Configuration and Service Integration (CMDB) as well as with all related IT units and external vendors in regards of configuration assets
Ensures that pre-defined activities are aligned with the change management process
Review and agree to improvements to existing CM processes.
Ensures data quality, integrity and security of CM database.
Provide regular status reports of status CM database in regards of accuracy and completeness
Schedules audits on CM database and ensures implementing audit recommendations.
Ensures in cooperation with Nokia security, guidelines to avoid unauthorized damage or usage of project items
Ensures proper version controls of software deliverables.
Ensures Plans, publicizes and is accountable for the implementation of an updated Configuration Management System (CMS).
Ensures that the CMS is populated with CIs according to Nokia policy
Ensures that CIs are uniquely identified with naming conventions.
Keeping IT Service Integration Tools functional and secure
making necessary alterations to or corrections in the IT Service Integration Tools
documenting the use of and alterations made to the IT Service Integration Tools
monitoring the operation and use of information systems and compiling statistics on them.
Ensures that staff comply with identification standards for object types, environments, processes, life-cycles, documentation, versions, formats, baselines, releases and templates.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Skills:

3+ Years experience in Configuration management
5+ years of experience in Telecom/IT with leadership experience in large organizations and leading teams
Understanding as well background in processes creation with purpose of enabling and simplifying operations
Lead virtual teams and team members as defined
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills – both remote and in-person
Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders as well at various levels
Experience in Event management based on ITIL
Track proven experience as Solution architect in multi technological environments in global companies
Able to act in our multidisciplinary and multicultural environment on all levels
Highly independent and self-directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
Highly experienced in ITIL process management
Able to steer and coordinate people and stakeholders in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural environment
Ability to think strategically in terms of culture and behavior, business processes and technology and tools
Good appreciation of customer needs at both operational and strategic levels
Interpersonal, communication, consultancy, negotiation and training skills
Practical and analytical problem-solving.
Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university
At least 3 years working in Configuration Management support and/or Documentation Control roles
At least 1 years Experience as a Service Delivery Manager for IT Service Integration Tools (Service Now, UPMX, EISEB)
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools is a necessity
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent presentation skills
ITIL V4 foundation /intermediate certification
Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL V4 expert certification
Six Sigma
Operations intelligence practises, supporting data driven decisions, transparency, and visibility
Strong understanding of IT Management methods, tools, principles, and standards, such as Lean, Agile, DevOps, ITIL understanding and experience of Key IT frameworks
