Description:

Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Global Head of Marketing based out of our NY or London office locations.

The Global Head of Marketing is a critical role within the commercial organization at Fitch Solutions. You will play a key role in driving the business objectives of Fitch Solutions 6-business units through marketing activity including strategy, lead generation, product marketing, branding and operations.

Develop and implement an omni-channel marketing strategy that aligns to the objectives of Fitch Solutions hybrid business supporting the 6 business units across various customers and industries
Drive customer acquisition through lead generation, nurturing and conversion strategies leveraging an appropriate mix of digital and in-person marketing tactics
Collaborate with the business and product teams to execute product marketing strategies supporting the entire product lifecycle
Be nimble working across a diverse marketing technology stack looking for best of breed solutions and opportunities to streamline and deploy new capabilities where beneficial to the business
Make data-driven decisions working with business intelligence and market development to run targeted marketing initiatives based on observed customer and market trends
Be a leader by nurturing and coaching a high-performing marketing team that is accountable, resourceful and highly collaborative working with stakeholders to deliver the best results
What You Need to Have:

Proven track record as a marketing leader in the B2B financial information or technology sector
Command of marketing technologies and analytics tools within the sales technology stack, including best practices for use, integrations, reporting
A growth mindset with demonstrated success in delivering ROI through managing a budget and delivering marketing driven sales results
Experience managing high-performing teams, attracting and developing talent
Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization including horizontal stakeholder engagement with an ability to overcome barriers to doing business
What Would Make You Stand Out:

A bias towards innovation and leveraging new technology including generative AI to improve marketing outcomes and productivity
Experience in a matrixed organization navigating multiple stakeholders and integrations of technology and people
University degree: industry qualification, graduate degree preferred
KPIs:

Marketing contribution to sales, lead generation, conversion rates
Brand equity
Feedback from internal partners such as Sales, Business, Product & Technology

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $210,000 and $250,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
