Description:

As part of the team, you will:

Assist in creating an end-to-end product vision addressing customer needs,
.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
Work as an industry expert to ensure alignment to industry best practices,
Evangelize an agile methodology and help embrace a product management mindset amongst the team,
Define product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Manage product backlog, write epics, and oversee user story development
Gain deep understanding of customer requirements and market trends, then turn them into clear stories/requirements and use cases,
Create product marketing and associated collateral.
Be a product evangelist internally and externally,
Understand the competition and be able to clearly articulate our positions and differentiating value,
Help create pricing models,
Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
Identify and understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable product features.
Ensure product solutions are user-centric, intuitive, and deliver exceptional value

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Your Skills And Experience

You have:

Proven experience (15+ years) in product management, with a focus on enterprise SaaS solutions.
Deep understanding of the energy and utilities industry, including market dynamics and regulatory environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing product teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Confidence to influence team members who are not direct reports,
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill

It would be nice if you also had:

Leadership or team management experience,
Practical hands-on experience of Distributed Energy Assets management systems, industry standard protocols,
Experience in or understanding of APIs, connected hardware and/or cloud-native products
Good understanding of agile and scrum development process,
Experience in power flow and asset modelling,
Working knowledge of power utility regulation at local and national levels
Ability to work in ambiguous situations and drive consensus
