Product Development: Lead the ideation, design, and development of our product, execute roadmaps to meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance utilizing DevSecOps principles to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our services.
Automation: Drive the adoption and development of automation tools and techniques across the R&D lifecycle, optimizing efficiency, reducing time-to-market, and enhancing product quality.
Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the R&D team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members. You will lead multicultural R&D teams distributed in multiple locations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including Product Management, Deliveries, Operations to align R&D initiatives with overall organizational goals and objectives.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cloud space, leveraging insights to inform R&D strategy and decision-making.
REQUIRED SKILLS
You have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in a leadership role within R&D or product development, with at least 10 years of experience.
Deep understanding of software development methodologies, quality assurance practices, and DevSecOps principles.
Strong technical background, with proficiency in cloud-native architectures, programming languages, and automation tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking with a passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
Experience working with native cloud products and as-a-service business models (highly desirable).
Experience in building products for Telecommunication domain
