We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to lead the development and innovation of our TriZetto QNXT platform, a premier healthcare core payer administration system. Job Title: QNXT Healthcare Product Manager, Sr. Manager
Role: Individual Contributor External Facing Role/Junior Leadership
Essential Functions:
· Define and execute product vision and strategy for the TriZetto QNXT platform.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide products from conception to launch.
· Understand customer needs and market trends to develop competitive product features.
· Prioritize product backlog and manage development timelines.
· Analyze performance metrics and incorporate feedback to enhance product offerings.
· Leading the collaboration with other product design teams to ensure that integration and interfaces between our products are an integral part of our planning and design process.
· Leading design discussions with System/Software Engineers and QA Analysts.
· Mentoring intermediate and associate level design team members.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
Required Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager in the healthcare industry.
· Proven expertise in digital product management and prioritization methodologies.
· History of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
· Strong grasp of Cloud computing and AI technologies, with a vision to integrate these into healthcare solutions.
· In-depth knowledge of healthcare market trends and the needs of emerging markets.
· Experience in working with marketing, sales, and RFP processes.
Desired Experience:
· Experience in strategic planning for product development over 1-3 year horizons.
· Familiarity with financial principles to drive product profitability and sustainability.
