The role of Clinical Educator combines clinical expertise and a passion for teaching to educate, train, and develop clinical staff
The person in this position is responsible for the design, delivery, evaluation and revision of educational materials, experiences, and programs for clinical staff
Educational activities will be grounded in regulatory/accreditation requirements and best clinical and technical practices to support competency, compliance, and mission-based performance at all levels of the organization
The Clinical Educator is responsible for the preparation and ongoing mentoring of clinical staff and serves as an educational resource for the leadership team to support organizational excellence
