HR Service Centre Administrator



Fitch Group is currently seeking a HR Service Centre Administrator based out of our Manchester or London office.



Fitch’s HR Service Centre team support activities across the entire employee life-cycle from hire to retire. This global team plays an important role in ensuring a positive employee experience through all interactions. Fitch operates in more than 30 countries with HR Service Centre team members based in United Kingdom, United States and Singapore catering to all business’s lines within the following regions, APAC, EMEA, North America and Mexico.

We’ll Count on You To:

Execute people transactions across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting/onboarding through to off-boarding
Be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the Team Leader.
Build a strong knowledge repository of processes
Participate in delivering and executing HR Services Strategy


What You Need to Have:

Experience of working within a fast-paced HR Operations/HR Service Centre environment
Strong understanding of local legal requirements in your specific region e.g. UK right to work checks, data privacy requirements
Experience of managing HR processes in a matrix /complex organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to monitor volumes, escalate concerns and identify process improvements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
An ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Meticulous attention to detail, with strong ownership at work

Experience with process optimization or continuous improvement is a plus
