What position will you have?

You will be a HR Analyst.

As a valued member of our dynamic HR team, you’ll report to the Senior HR Advisor. In this critical role, you’ll take charge of coordinating and supporting a wide range of both soft and hard HR activities. Your proactive involvement will play a pivotal role in advancing the HR department’s goals, aligning with our global objectives, and making a significant impact on the success of various projects.

Position Responsibilities
What will you actually do?

Your key responsibilities will include:

Recruitment & Selection

Coordinate the recruitment process of both permanent and temporary staff: manage recruitment platforms, screen CV’s, conduct first phone interview, discuss shortlist of candidates, follow-up, etc.
Preparation of the onboarding processes, materials and communications for new employees
Welcome and assist new employees with their orientation within the company and follow up on compliance of mandatory onboarding requirements
Ensure timely and accurate enrollment in all compensation and benefits HR systems
Implementation of new onboarding tools
Learning & Development

Research, select and propose relevant training and development programs
Coordinate the organization of training for employees
Develop and implement informal training initatives, such as LinkedIn Learning challenges, Lunch&Learn, etc.
Provides data and reporting on performance management and development process
Manage and update training matrix and reporting tool
Develop partnership with Universities by liaising with relevant stakeholders, managing the promotional material and coordinating events participation/organization
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

Track and coordinate the administration of car, sport, meal vouchers and phone benefits with related costs/invoicing, and accurately manage the absence platform
Back-up of the Senior HR Advisor on payroll, compensation and benefits critical deadlines
Manage the company car fleet
Timely update and manage the flexible remuneration platform for periodic actions and support to employees
Manage the HRIS platform (Workday) for maintaining accurate employee records, periodical upgrade tests, reporting and controls
Health & Safety

In the framework of Responsible Care and Social Responsibility, support the well-being projects, actions, reporting and analyisis
Integrate the SIPP working group and collaborate on the related objectives
Organise health and safety initiatives
HR projects and miscellaneous

Assist the HR department in the implementation of global and regional HR projects
Update, maintain and improve HR policies and standards
Support employee & labour relations and internal and external mobility
Position Qualifications
Who are we looking for?

Your experience and hard skills

University degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
Fluent in English and French : strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills: Microsoft Office business applications (Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Good experience in recruitment and good understanding of HR practices
Your personality and soft skills

Accuracy, reliability and detail-minded approach
Strong sense of consistency and ethics, personal integrity
Strong analytical, problem-solving, administrative and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, listening & discerning skills in dealing with employees & external contacts
