Description:

The Human Resource Manager will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Support managers in understanding human issues and the development of their teams.
Manage recruitment and offers/initiates the training necessary to support business growth.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attend and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Leads performance reviews, talent reviews and succession plans.
Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Deploys group HR processes locally, taking into account the specificities of local legislation and culture, with a logic of alignment and harmonization: values, social benefits, etc
Actively participates in more global group HR projects, often with an international dimension: implementation of a global HR system, development path for high potentials, etc.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
