Overview
The HR Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day administration and accounting tasks within Human Resources. This includes developing compensation programs, monitoring their effectiveness and making revisions when necessary. The role also includes documenting billing information, analyzing tax reports and payroll, and processing invoices. This position is responsible for the HR budget and financial activity reports on a monthly fiscal basis. Additional responsibilities include ensuring that billing, payroll, and other financial processes comply with internal policies and relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Review a wide range of relevant compensation data to ensure the company’s remuneration plans are competitive.
Research compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits.
Creating compensation programs that establish pay grades and criteria for raises. Researching market trends to evaluate the competitiveness of salaries.
Create and manage the HR budget by monitoring expenditures.
Provide analytical support in the design and development of company pay plans.
Analyze payroll reconciliation and analyze tax reports as needed.
Review, allocate, and approve invoices on weekly basis.
Conduct invoice and billing audits on a monthly basis to ensure the accuracy of our financial statements.
Ensure that all expenditures are within our budget, compile spending reports, and allocate resources to specific HR programs as instructed by our HR Director
Compiles and analyzes HR data required for mergers and acquisitions.
Responsible for analysis and maintenance of confidential and sensitive compensation and budget data.
Oversee the HR financial management, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in a manner compliant with company policy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Expertise in finance management
and the ability to track expenses
analyze tax reports
and create spreadsheets.
Understanding of national and international financial regulations.
5+ years of experience in a managerial HR or accounting role.
Bachelor’s degree or MS in Business Administration
Accounting
or HR.
A thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles.
Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and statistics and superb attention to detail.
