In our Motion Area, in System Drives division located in Sesto San Giovanni, we are looking for an Internship in Human Resources Area.
This position reports to
HR Business Partner
Your responsibilities
Provide support to the implementation of the HR Roadmap concerning topics like Engagement, Internal Communication, Talent Development and Well-being.
Support the HR function in internal projects on Diversity&Inclusion and on Cultural transformation, managing the internal communication.
Provide Support in HR Metrics update and analysis and in other administrative HR task.
Support new hires during Onboarding phase.
Support Location HR Business Partner in assisting managers and employees at local level.
Support HR Business Partner in daily activities.
Your background
A Bachelor or a Master Degree in Human Resources or a relevant equivalent.
Fluent Italian and good English (both written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point).
Competence and passion in communication skills, new tool, digital communication.
Problem-solving attitude, good communication and team-working abilities and analytical skills complete your profile.
