HRIS Senior Associate (6 months temporary)
Fitch Group is currently seeking a (temporary 6 months +) HRIS Senior Associate for based out of our London or Manchester location office.
Fitch’s Human Resources function directly supports Fitch Ratings, Fitch Learning and Fitch Solutions globally. The HRIS team being part of HR, currently manage the SuccessFactors suite of modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Compensation, LMS, Succession and Mobile) and integrations to third-party platforms to support HR processes. Fitch are also implementing a new VMS (Vendor Management System) that will integrate with SuccessFactors and we are looking for someone to be the HRIS SME for this global project.
This role will primarily focus on gathering and building out requirements for the integration between the new VMS and SuccessFactors, managing required changes in Employee Central (EC), and supporting the one time data conversion of contingent worker data from EC to the VMS. Creating and executing test scripts. This includes working with the project team, other system leads and our external technical support partner. On an ad hoc basis the role will also cover support, maintenance and configuration of the EC module within HRIS, outside the scope of the project.

We’ll Count on You To:
Take ownership of gathering, analysing and fulfilling requirements for the data flow between the VMS and SuccessFactors
Configuration of EC to meet business needs (such as business rules, workflows, object configuration), including managing system projects end to end
Work with our technical support partner and the VMS project team
Maintain the configuration workbook, SOPs and end user training materials
What You Need to Have:
Strong working knowledge of the EC module SuccessFactors
Experience of integrations (gathering requirements, documentation)
Work proactively to develop process and solution changes
Good excel knowledge (up to and including vlookups)
Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to work well with teams & stakeholders
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of discretion
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and able to create well formatted documents
