Education and Eligibility Criteria: -
Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 yearsGraduation).
Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
Bachelor's degree / orPost Graduate in any discipline preferably MBA HR qualification/Relevant HRQualification

Job Description:
Experience in HRO Outsourcing industry of which atleast 3 years in managing largeTransformation initiatives
Develop measures ofsuccess to track progress towards Transformation goals.
Experience in ClientRelationship Management - key client stakeholders, understanding theirrequirements and Outsourcer's ability to meet them.
End-to-Endconceptualization and delivery of all HRO Transformation solutions for clientsencompassing formulation and deployment of Digital Assets and Analyticssolutions and Creating / proposing a transformation road map for existingclients /processes
