The team you will be a part of
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides services for Nokia's workforce and business-to-business domains. Our diverse global team maintains over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and modern cloud landscapes. Nokia IAM is currently focused on renewing services to leverage cloud platform capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Nokia IAM project and service portfolio. Projects to be managed are typically highly complex and require coordination across multiple IT departments, IT service providers, and Group Security. The successful candidate will have previously worked within one or more areas of IAM and have a deep understanding of IT Infrastructure.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of the team, you will:
Manage projects or sub projects internally or together with our third-party integrators, ensuring timely delivery and good quality within the cost base line
Plan and manage execution of the project or sub project according to agreed project targets
Leads project or sub project team
Be accountable for delivering the project scope and managing any deviations to the scope appropriately
Manage time, quality, progress, cost, risks, and internal resources
Ensure that project or sub-project is managed and that all project milestones are met by using IT/Digital Office processes and tools
Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and implementation
Perform risk mitigation and propose corrective actions if not aligned with plans
Manage change requests if needed
REQUIRED SKILLS
5+ Years of Project Management experience covering both waterfall and agile methodologies
1+ years of experience with IAM, PAM, or IT security projects
Proven experience in stakeholder management & conflict resolution
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Flexible and capable to work in demanding environment
Experience working with third party integrators
PMP Certification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or electronics and communication
Preferred candidates will also have:
ITIL V3 foundation certification
