Description:

Incentive Compensation Analyst

The Incentives & Controls Team is currently seeking an Analyst based out of our Canary Wharf office.

Working closely with the senior director within the London based team, you will provide end to end support in all Sales Compensation related activities, to include Reporting, Administration and Analysis.

We’ll Count on You To:

Maintain the commission system to ensure it’s up to date and accurate
To be responsible for the monthly process of reconciling and uploading sales information and dealing with queries
Prepare reports to summarise commission pay by person to facilitate review and sign off by senior management
Provide ad hoc analytical support to delve into trends or developing issues
Drive process improvements using technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


What You Need to Have:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or 2+ year experience in an incentive compensation role
Organized with good attention to detail
Strong team player, collaborative and flexible approach required
Strong communication skills
Excellent ability to multi-task, work efficiently and be responsive


What Would Make You Stand Out:

Relevant experience in a similar role within a Financial Services Organization
Knowledge of the CaptivateIQ commission system
