Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician! We are seeking skilled individuals proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience repairing manufacturing machinery, troubleshooting PLCs and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot machines and mechanical/electrical equipment to diagnose source of problem
Perform repairs and upgraded with hand tools and/or power tools using safe work practices
Replace broken or defective parts
Perform calibrations on equipment according to written procedure
Document maintenance activities and equipment repairs
Conducts housekeeping activities in work area
Must be able to work in team environment
Lockout/Tagout and safety knowledge/training required
Multi-skilled/cross-trained in electrical/mechanical/hydraulic & pneumatic required
Working knowledge of PLC systems and Drives preferred
Working knowledge of robot systems
Welding and fabrication experience is preferred
Experience with maintenance databases preferred
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 45lbs
standing for 6 hours at one time
