What You’ll Do
Work in the Logic Pathfinding Lab under Samsung Semiconductor R&D
Explore emerging memories in the context of merged logic and memory fabric
Explore feasibility of new devices that are compatible with CMOS processing
Fabricate and test new devices in a university laboratory setting (if applicable)
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our headquarters in San Jose office 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time
What You Bring
Graduate student enrolled in a PhD program
Good knowledge of semiconductor / memory device physics
Good knowledge of VLSI circuits and systems
