About The Role:

We are looking for an Investment Reporting Manager for CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions, an exciting and growing environment. The IR Department provides internal and external financial and performance information on funds and assets. This team analyzes assets under management for corporate financial reporting, client RFPs, marketing materials, surveys, and internal presentations.

What You'll Do:

Track global data at the portfolio, asset and investor levels.
Manage global database, which includes historical data maintenance and cleanup, ongoing database management and report generation, providing support for a variety of analytical requests, and working with IT Project Team on an as needed basis.
Maintain attribute sets for reporting.
Maintain investor data for reporting requests.
Identify process improvements and efficiencies by evaluation current process and implementing solutions.
Provide required information needed for financial reporting.
Provide information for RFPs as needed.
Assist with ad hoc project and requests as needed.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics.
4+ years of relevant work experience.
Computer literacy and sophisticated knowledge of Excel and database management.
Project management skills.
Exceptionally strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
Self directed, able to work independently and see out help as needed.
Ability to handle multiple assignments timely.
Ability to comprehend, analyze and/or summarize interpret data in a clear and concise reports.
California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
