Define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for IS services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services.

This position reports to
ERP Release Manager

Your responsibilities
Describe and define IT processes/services including relationships, dependencies, and business value, and regularly maintains all service-related information within the service management tool
Prepare and maintain process documentation for the system services and advises on the correct and effective use of the services
Take action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, correct malfunctions, and call on other experienced colleagues and external resources to make sure services are delivered proactively
Provide consultation, advice, and support the installation of IS services, or the change of existing IS services
Deliver the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, within budget, and as per quality standards
Apply and execute the relevant measurement and reporting management practice to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
Identify, propose, advise, and implement IS processes and/or support IS service implementation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the relevant process.
Follow agreed standards and apply appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements.
