Proactively drives enhancement in the area of reporting and business intelligence. Develops and advocates for technical innovations for business needs. Ensures attainability of implementation roadmaps in line with the product strategy. Runs the performance excellence with Operations team and provides area expertise to solve business escalations. Leads business escalations within IT and aligns lessons learned created. Actively searches for new ways of delivering services/solutions against the Nokia strategy. Drives the collaboration with Operations team to deliver best in class products.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge & Experience
Basic understanding of HWS business processes,
Knowledge of data sources – like SAP ERP
Understanding of SQL queries
Good analytical and data mapping skills
Experience with reporting systems and the implementation of such
