Job Description
Broad outline of the Role
Responsible for monitoring the security environment, tracking the compliance audit process for IT applications along with providing incident management support. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have a direct impact on day-to-day operations and capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.

Participate in audits and risk assessment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support to client user, process users & international users, working on TAT basis. Basic administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/routers).
Configured hardware and granted system permissions to new employees.
Assisting user on Remote Support and Troubleshooting and fixing problems. Installing and configuring software, hardware, networks and maintaining servers.
Troubleshot connectivity issues across network such as Wi-Fi, Cellular
