Key Account Manager



Fitch Solutions Global Accounts Team is currently seeking a Key Account Manager based out of our London office.

As part of Global Accounts team, your responsibilities will involve both retaining our current client relationships, and actively pursuing opportunities for growth. You will be expected to build and strengthen your network of contacts, engaging with individuals at various levels of organisation, including those at the C-suite level, to enhance the expansion of Fitch Solutions' business footprint.

We’ll Count on You To:

Grow and protect existing book of business and deliver on annual targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Developing an extensive network of contacts across Global Accounts at the CRO, COO and credit officer level,
Deliver the Fitch Solutions, Fitch First Value proposition effectively across the client base
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage, maintain and deliver accurate pipeline and forecasts

Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Execute and complete all KPIs in line with sales objectives

Sell a suite of products and services within Fitch Solutions that includes:

Fixed Income & Credit Solutions
Research and ratings data services
Country Risk and Industry Content
ESG data and research
CreditSights
Valuation, workflow and analytical tools




What You Need to Have:

A proven track record in developing business and growing revenue streams with major financial Institutions.
Ability to understand client strategy to build a business and action plan
Ability to assume leadership and strategy ownership for a set number of clients
Strong Negotiation Skills
Excellent communication skills to clearly communicate strategy and goals internally & externally. We are seeking an articulate, personable and energetic self-starter
Fluent English Language and skills are essential. In addition, fluent French language is preferred

Additional, European would be an advantage, such as German or Spanish
Understand rating agencies environment including risk management processes.
Strong Relationship building skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
