At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small cross functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster siloed individuals working independently. The Role:
Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Lead .Net Full Stack Engineer to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction
· Deep understanding and seasoned on Web UI development using Container frameworks
· Develop end to end design for the platform, solution delivery and execution and code quality
· WebBased UI Performance Tuning industry best solution design
· Collaborate with peer teams, technology platform owner, product manager/owner, enterprise architecture and platform support teams to ensure delivery of production into Production
· Working on Agile projects with CI/CD
· Work collaboratively with quality assurance engineer teams, DevOps to ensure all SDLC processes are adhered to
· Assess opportunities for platform/application and process improvements
· Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems
· Hands on Web and C#/ .Net development experience integrating multiple application platforms
· Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and application integration partners
· Application resiliency, scalability and performance design
Qualifications
10+ years of coding experience with 5+ years focused in core .Net development and MS SQL server
5+ years of experience in Angular 2+
5+ years of experience with application design
Proficient in building presentation layer using via UI presentation frameworks/languages.
Experienced in TDD (Test Driven Development).
Good understanding of DevOps concepts leveraging CICD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo.
· Possesses engineering and consulting mindset to help build transformational cloud ready software.
· Knowledge in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Shell scripts are nice to have.
