Description:

Collaborate with Product Management and other stake holders to understand business requirements and use cases
Participate in customer discussions and technical workshops in presenting product architecture and capabilities
Drive the architecture evolution from an end to end perspective that meets the business needs and drive to translate the vision to reality.
Understanding ecosystem and drive the solution architecture with focus on integration and security aspects
Design and implement truly SaaS architecture, on public cloud that enables to deliver new features and capabilities in a continuous integration & delivery mode
Design and implement the system capabilities for availability, scalability, high performance and observability
Define and maintain architectural specifications and data models
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to support the e2e architecture
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Work with the SRE/operations team to ensure the successful deployment and operation of e2e solutions
Monitor and analyze system performance and implement timely improvements
Support in the resolution of production issues, including root cause analysis and proactive/corrective actions.
