- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions using J2EE Microservices and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support through code reviews and best practice recommendations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to incorporate into operations and activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.
- Work closely with the product management team to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Ensure security and data protection are prioritized in all development activities.
- Facilitate the deployment of software solutions to various environments ensuring seamless migration and integration.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior management to outline future technology initiatives.
-Qualifications-
- Proven experience in J2EE Microservices and Spring Boot is required.
- Strong understanding of network engineering and data network principles.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure and AWS including but not limited to Azure Event Hub Microsoft Azure IoT and AWS Lambda is highly desirable.
- Experience with database technologies like MySQL Azure SQL and Amazon RDS is beneficial.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration services like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
